This two bedroom furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a low-rise building at East 7th Street & Avenue C in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. There is a buzzer/intercom security system and in-building laundry facilities for your convenience. On the rooftop there is a shared garden with patio furniture and greenery, offering fantastic unobstructed views of the city skyline, from the Freedom Tower to the Empire State Building. Also in the garden is a bee farm that is tended to by some of the residents.

To access the rest of NYC ample public transit is available. Buses (M21, M8, M14, M9 - all within 3 blocks) give easy access to Houston Street, 14th and 23rd streets and the West Village. Free transfers to all major subways. The L and F trains are both a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. You can catch the L at the 1 Avenue / 14 Street Station and the F at the 2 Avenue / Houston Street : Lower East Side Station. The 4,5 and 6 line is a 20-minute walk (Astor Place Station for the 6 and Union Square Station for the 4,5,and 6) or an easy transfer from a number of the local bus lines.
