Review by: Amélie B., Aug 01 2018 From: France, Apartment Share Rental: 12 months |
The apartment is beautiful, a little bit old fashioned but with a breathtaking view ! The owner is not really clean, a little bit messy but there is a cleaning lady every two weeks that does a good job. The utilities are 300 Usd per month in addition to the rent which is a lot if you consider that you share the apartment with somebody. |

Amelie left suddenly in the middle of December 2017, giving me five days notice, and then demanded that I give her back her security deposit. While she lived here she was under the impression that the building management cleaned the terrace of her dog's poop every day. This is not true. I was, and am, responsible for cleaning my terrace. |
