This three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, bookcase, flat screen television with cable channels and DVD player. There are 3 large windows which allow sunset light to brighten it up in the afternoon.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a full-size bed, a sofa, desk with chair and closet. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a single bed, desk with chair and closet. Linens are provided.
The bathroom is in the hallway and is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided. Right outside the bathroom there are European washer and dryer.
The kitchen has large windows and faces the back of the building, which has lots of trees and great sunlight. It is equipped with new appliances and fully equipped with all necessary items to cook. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs and a desk with a Mac computer with internet access available to the guests.
There is a restaurant with bar and terrace accross the street from the apartment and it could be noisy on summer nights.
Park Slope is a residential area of Brooklyn with beautiful bronwstones and trees. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and supermarkets all around the area. The closest subway station is a few blocks away.
