This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Harlem in the northern part of Manhattan. Columbia University is a short walk away. The apartment is situated close to St Nicholas Park and not far either from Riverside Park. On Sundays you might want to visit one of the numerous churches with gospel services in the area and enjoy later a spiritual food meal at famous Sylvia's just around the corner. I have [no complaints] about the apartment, everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very clean, bedding is very comfortable and clean, the owner is very nice and lives close to the apartment. There is no TV but a wireless Internet network that was very useful. The kitchen was clean and we found everything we needed for cooking as we stayed for 14 nights. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, the entry of the building is safe with two locking doors, the 125th street subway was very close (3 minutes walking) and safe. We also found everything we needed within 2 blocks: laundromat, deli grocery, supermarket, restaurant. We found the price reasonable and we really enjoyed our stay in NYC and will recommend this apartment.
