This is a model of the actual studio. It reflects both the quality and the style of the studio suites that we offer at this location. The individual studios are a variation of this one with some differences in floorplan, furniture layout and exposure.

This fully furnished studio suite is located in a mid-rise, elevator building in Midtown West, Manhattan in New York City. These accommodations are located in a building with hotel-like amenities which combine the advantages of a private apartment and the advantages of a hotel with additional features such as a 24-hour staffed front desk, on-site laundry facilities, pet walking or in-room spa treatment. Extra items such as dishes, cutlery and chairs can be made easily available 24 hours a day by calling guest services and making a request. The apartment can be found near the intersection of 7th Avenue & West 31st Street in the Chelsea area.

Furnished with a king sized bed, the studio also features a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, stovetop and a coffee maker. The main living area also is equipped with a TV with cable access.

Each studio suite also has a large window in the main living area.

The bathroom may be equipped with a shower or a tub with showerhead.

This apartment hotel building is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Midtown West directly across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Just 8 blocks south of Times Square, these studio suites are perfectly situated for easy travel throughout NYC. With the close proximity to Penn Station it is also convenient to catch a train to Long Island on the Long Island Railroad or a New Jersey Transit or Amtrak train to other cities in the region. There is also something to see and do in this area of New York!

If you are trying to travel aruond New York, the 34 Street / 7 Avenue : Penn Station (397ft/0.1km) subway stop serves the 1, 2 and 3 trains while the 34 Street / 8 Avenue : Penn Station (0.4mi/0.6km) stop serves the A, C and E trains.

Please note that these accommodations are located within just a few blocks of Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. This is a big transportation hub and there are many events held here so there will be noise from both automobile traffic and passerby throughout the day and night.

There are serious communication problems between the booking department and front desk. In our case, we were assigned accommodation of lesser quality than the one that was booked and they insisted that it was the one had paid for, according to the booking department. We lost a lot of time arguing, until we managed to get personally attended by management. So, two days later they moved us to another accommodation and were very kind with us to make up for the inconvenience.
Nobody speaks Spanish at the superintendent's office or cares to solve the problem. At the front desk, they are very nice.
Regarding the noise, the only thing is that there are too many sirens that you can hear all the time from the apartment. Apart from that, it's not noisy. It is spacious, beautiful and clean.
The booking department is very slow at responding to emails.

I would definitely stay at this accommodation again because I feel it is quite good value: convenient central location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. On the "could use improvement side": bathrooms are quite small - extra storage or even towel racks would have been convenient.

Also, I had booked a suite with a kitchen and on the evening of my arrival tried to heat up some "take out" in the microwave - which for the life of me I could not operate. So we called down to the front desk and they sent a Technician to have a look - he couldn't work it either! It was pretty late at that point so we told the Tech guy not to worry, we were just going to turn in.

No one from the front desk ever followed up. That said, I'd recommend this accommodation for sure.
