This three bedroom apartment is located in Astoria, Queens. It is on the intersection of 31st road and 21st Street. The apartment itself is on the second and top floor (1st floor for Europeans) of a walk-up New York townhouse. This vacation rental is the perfect accommodation for a family!
The first bedroom has queen size bed. There are also two lamps on either side of the bed and a nightstand. This room has hardwood floors. The second bedroom has two single beds that have been pushed together to create a full size bed. This room has one large window, a work table and a night stand. There is also a large closet in this room. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full size bed. This accommodation also has a very nice living area, complete with hardwood floors. There is a large L-couch, a dining table with four place settings and direct access into the kitchen. The kitchen looks into the living room. It also has a counter that extends outwards, making room for a breakfast bar. Within the kitchen, you will notice that there are modern appliances, including; a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is nicely tiled. It has a shower and tub, a sink and toilet. There is also very nice lighting in the room.
This vacation accommodation is in a convenient location. From the apartment, you are located 0.6mi/900m away from the Broadway / 31st Street stop, where you have access to the N and Q trains. Astoria Park is located a little over 1 mile/1.7km away from the apartment as well. This is a nice location for a beautiful day. For something closer to home, consider heading to Socrates Sculpture Park, situated 0.4mi/600m away. This area is filled with parks of all sorts! You will be close to the river, close to supermarkets as well as entertainment options.
