Located on the crossing streets of East 56th Street and Park Avenue, this is a 450-square-foot (around 42 m2) vacation rental. This is Midtown East, in Manhattan, New York. The building has an elevator.
This studio accommodation is in a mid-rise building. The building has a laundry facility and a gym! When you get off the elevator and reach the apartment, you will walk in and immediately notice the kitchen. The separate, eat in kitchen is traditionally designed, has wood cabinetry and includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and an oven! From there the space flows seamlessly into a living area, with a sofa, a king size bed with sheets, and air conditioning, and a TV with cable. Finally from there when you enter the bathroom you will notice it is equipped with a shower, towels, and a water closet.
This accomodation is in Midtown East, one of the most bustling areas of Manhattan! Midtown is known if its bright lights, loud life, good food, attractions, and entertainment. Living here you will be sure to never get bored and run out of things to do. Some nearby food options include BLT Steakhouse, Russian Tea Room, Aquavit, Nerai, Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, or a classic slice from DiNapoli Pizza. Grab a drink at the world famous Polo Bar, or something more casual like Kurant or StrangeLove. With the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, and R subway trains at 59th Street and Lexington Avenue, and the E at 53rd and Lexington Avenue, you can head downtown, to Brooklyn, or to Queens! Both stations are five blocks from the short term rental.
