LOCATION: East 33rd Street, New York, NY
DESCRIPTION. This is a two bedroom apartment located in the historic neighborhood of Murray Hill of a newly developed residential building. It is spaciously designed with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a desk stocked with business accessories.
This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.
This is a modern contemporary apartment with state-of-the-art equipment such as a 25 inch TV with cable, a VCR, stereo, in-room fax machine and ISDN lines for speedy internet access. Hotel amenities and services include 24-hour concierge services, a 24-hour health club (the club provides private rooms for massage treatments, meditation and a childrens play area), a pet attache, daily housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning services and on-site underground valet parking. The apartment also has caller ID, personalized business cards, well-stocked desks, two-line phones, voice-mail, and separate telephone jack for computer link. As mentioned before the kitchen is fully equipped and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwaves, Royal Doulton china, flatware by Christofle, fine cooking utensils and accessories.
The apartment is also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe box where you can securely lock your valuable items.
There is a business center on the third floor of the building that features workstations with PC's capable of Internet access, a separate conference room. It also has teleconferencing capabilities, a bank of monitors for simultaneous broadcast viewing and complete secretarial services provided by the executive office. There is also a cinema room with a 5-foot screen, surround sound system, DVD and VHS players.

Even though we had booked the apartment on the 7th Floor & were given one on the 4th Floor we were very happy with it. Location was great & easy to find our way around from there & the apartment was very clean & large.Would thoroughly recommend New York Habitat & [this owner's] apartments to anyone that is visiting New York. |

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment we rented through New York Habitat and will definitely use your service for future trips to New York. The only issue I had with the apartment itself was that it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My group plans to return next November (if not sooner!) and we would love a similarly sized apartment in the 50s. Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience, top to bottom. Our stay at [our New York accommodation] was perfect- location, river view, and very accommodating. Though the soft furniture in the living room was a bit tatty, the spotlessly clean kitchen and appliances as well as the bathrooms more than made up for it. We all apperciated the luxury of housekeeping as it is not always available for vacation apartments in NYC. [Our agent] at New York Habitat was very patient and helpful and I'm hoping he will be successful in finding accommodations for our next trip in August - business this time, no fun!
