New York Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Midtown West (NY-4646)

Please be aware our building was built in 1910 and that we are in the process of a massive conversion to make the building wheelchair accessible. This renovation is just being done to the entrance to our lobby and the lobby.

We are currently a smoking building and very sorry to say we are unable to guaranty smoking or non-smoking rooms. Rooms are assigned at check in. We only have a limited number of rooms that are no-smoking.

While it is true that some of the rooms may not have closets, there are racks with hangers. There are also dressers where you can put away your clothes.

The air conditioners can make noise, especially during the warmer months when it takes more energy to keep the accommodation nice and cool.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay.

I apologize if you expected someone to personally meet with you during your stay with us. This is an apartment hotel as you probably are aware of now. Once here, you are greeted by our associates at the front desk, who will assist you with your check in and check out. And if in between, you have any questions, or need assistance, our staff will gladly help you with that too, or guide you to the right person that can.

Once you have settled in, we hope you feel like you have your very own apartment, located in the heart of our beautiful city. And that is why we like to call it "your home away from home".
