Located near the Place Denfert Rochereau this apartment is in the northern most section of the 14th Arrondisement (bordering the 5th). It is quite close to some of Paris’ most well known points of interest, including the Pantheon, which was originally built as a church, the Arènes de Lutèce, and the Jardin des Plantes. Just a short walk is the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg. The entire neighborhood offers a large choice of services, including restaurants of many types, cafes, and daily open-air markets such as Mouffetard and Maubert.


This 60m² one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor (fourth floor in the USA) of a Haussman style elevator building. The main entrance door is protected by a two coded security systems.
