Stay right in the heart of Paris with this two bedroom apartment on a quiet pedestrian street, rue des Petits Carreaux, between rue Reaumur and rue Saint-Sauveur in the 2nd arrondissement. The rental unit is fully furnished and located on the third French (fourth American) floor of a building from 1780. There is an intercom and views face west to the street.
With hardwood floors and large French windows, the 28 m2 (301 ft2) open-plan living room feels nice and airy. Furnishings include a cable TV, sofa (which doubles as a full-size bed), and chairs, as well as a dining table. Cook at home in your full kitchen, which has a four-burner range, fume hood, oven and dishwasher.
The first (15m2/161ft2) bedroom features a double bed, TV, mirrored closet and wardrobe, while the second is 14 m2 (150 ft2) and has two single beds that can be combined into a king. The bathroom and WC are separate and have a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Located in a cobblestoned pedestrian district around rue Montorgueil, a favorite with tourists, the apartment is near many of the city’s top attractions.
The nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3, 120m/404ft), though Etienne Marcel (line 4, 450m/.3mi) the metro hub at Châtelet – Les Halles (lines 1, 4, 7, 13, 14; RER A, B, E; 700m/.4mi) is also close by.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent. The owner responded to all concerns, including replacing the washer and dryer immediately when they stopped working.

Indeed, I think it is important that the home appliances work. I always ask my tenants to keep me informed of any malfunction so the problem can solved for an optimal use and enjoyment of the premises.
