Situated between rue du Temple and rue Vieille du Temple.

Very demanded area the Marais is one of the neighborhoods of Paris still having preserved almost all of its pre-Revolutionary architecture, providing all kinds of conveniences, in addition to the trendy fashion shops. In the vicinity is the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, and a little farther, but also in a walking distance, the wide Les Halles Mall, and the well-known pedestrian rue des Gravilliers, residential and commercial street with nice greengrocers, fishmongers, as well as gorgeous restaurants and cafes. Most of the important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, the City Hall, and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance.

Completely renovated and bright this pleasant 63m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a pre-war 20th century building equipped with a security system. Facing silent courtyards it is east exposed, has 2,85m high ceilings, white painted walls, and a nice herringbone patterned floor. It accommodates two couples. There is an elevator in the building.

A hall precedes the living room, featuring built in closets and shelves.

The pleasant 26m2 living room is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed and two red armchairs facing a small coffee table, two metallic tables and four matching chairs, a cabinet, a wall mounted cable TV with basic channels, a VCR, a stereo, a telephone, ceiling and wall lamps, and two windows garnished with curtains or Venetian blinds overlooking the courtyard. To the left side is the open kitchen.

Well equipped, the kitchen space is provided with vitro ceramic burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee maker, a toaster, a stainless steel sink, cupboards and drawers above and below the L-shaped worktop containing the necessary utensils.

Both bedrooms size 12m2 and overlook the second narrow courtyard.

The first one furnished with a 160cm wide double bed on casters, closets, a desk, and two windows screened by the Venetian blinds.

The second bedroom has two juxtaposed 90cm wide single beds with bedside tables and lamps, a closet, a nice wall mirror above the decorative fireplace, and a window garnished with double curtains.

To the right side, at the bottom of the living room, the white bathroom has a blue tiled floor, enclosing a bathtub with a wall mounted shower head, a round mirror and two medicine cabinets above the round washbasin set down on the mosaic top, below which are a washing machine and a drying machine. Adjacent to the bathroom is the separate toilet.

A high speed Internet connection is available.

The closest metro stations are Hotel de Ville (lines 1, 11), Rambuteau (line 11), Châtelet, Les Halles (lines 4, 1 7, 14, 11, RER A and B).
