This furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on the exclusive Rue Férou between Place Saint Sulpice and Rue de Vaugirard, in the highly demanded Saint Germain des Près area, and more precisely the Saint Sulpice neighborhood. This is the Parisian core of the latest and most chic fashion shops, and one of the most attractive and historic districts on the the Left Bank of the Seine River. There is a number of select restaurants and historic cafes like Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, once favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American literary figures. The Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and the rue de Buci, with its special atmosphere and open-air market, are just steps away from this accommodation. This Luxembourg Gardens are very close as well.

Premises:

This 77m2 (approx. 829 sq. ft.) one-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of a building from 1650. The entrance gate with a coded security system opens into a hallway that leads to a courtyard where the entrance to the apartment can be found.

The entrance door opens into the spacious living room and its open kitchen. A staircase leads to the bedroom with a private bathroom.

The 30m² (approx. 323 sq. ft.) living room has two French doors and a bay window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard, and a small window with southern exposure overlooking another courtyard.

The living room is furnished with a contemporary sofa in the corner, an armchair, a bean bag cushion, a built-in closet, and a large dining table with chairs. The living room also features a stone wall. This wall has been cured so that it can be preserved, but sometimes dust debris falls to the floor.

The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar with stools. It is equipped with four gas burners with an overhead Exhaust Fan, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a combination washing machine/dryer, a coffee-maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

On the first floor, the 30m² (approx. 323 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows with northern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed with a bedside table, an armchair, and a dresser hidden behind a curtain. This bedroom has an bathroom equipped with an antique-style tub, a shower stall, and a washbasin. Note: The bathroom is open to the bedroom partially separated from it by a curtain.

There is also a separate toilet cabin.

Heat and hot water are both in gas.

For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Saint-Placide (line 4) and Rennes (line 12).
