This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is located in the Bastille area of Paris, France. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 6-story elevator building dating from 1930. There is a digicode and a concierge.
This loft-style apartment features high ceilings, hardwood floors and a decorative fireplace. Vibrant colors accent world-style wooden furniture. The kitchen is open to the living room, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and espresso maker in addition to all the basic amenities. Additionally there is the convenience of a combination washer/dryer. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living space, each furnished with a double size bed. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a second bathroom with a shower is found off the living room.

Small shops and eateries surround the market. The Square Trousseau is a nearby park where you can relax or enjoy the famous fine restaurant by the same name. For shopping nearby, there is a Franprix supermarket across the street from the apartment building, and a pharmacy around the corner.
Public transportation is convenient to this accommodation with the Ledru-Rollin (Line 8) metro stop only two blocks away. Also near is the Gare de Lyon metro (Lines 1/14, RER A/D) and Bastille stop (Lines 1/5/8), allowing you to connect to wherever you would like to visit in Paris.
