Here is a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom furnished apartment in Le Marais, a neighborhood of Paris. ISEFAC Paris is a private university located 0.3 miles away. Horizons University is 0.6 miles (around 1 km) from this furnished rental. Musée National Picasso-Paris is a museum with 5000 works by the titular artist, 0.3 miles away. To visit a green space, head to Place des Vosges. This historical park is 0.5 miles (around 800 meters) from this apartment.
To catch the subway, head to the Saint-Sébastien-Froissart station, which is just one street away, and has access to the 8 metro line.

Only complaint is that the trundle bed was not acceptable for sleeping on. There was not a proper mattress on it and therefore is not a legitimate place to sleep for an extended period of time. |

The apartment was in a great neighborhood in central Paris, just about half a block from a Metro station (Line 8). |

My son and three other classmates stayed in what they said was "the nicest and largest apartment any of them ever stayed in". The neighborhood was very conveniently located. My son occasionally walked to the American University of Paris (where his classes were) but more regularly took the Metro, from a stop which was a very short walk from the apartment. |

Matt and friends were respectful renters. The apartment remained in excellent condition through the months they stayed. I would rent to them again in a heartbeat. |
