I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with your stay, Samsoor. We take comments like this very seriously and sent an agent to discuss this with the owner. According to the owner, the building has an exterminator come once a month and if there are any complaints, they should be directed to the owner and they will be handled. Thank you for your feedback. |

The best part about this place is the location. Living in the East Village is great if you're young and single. It's easy enough to get to other parts of the city from here. |

Thanks for the feedback, Ryan! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed this location. We have shared your feedback with the owner. This owner can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of, which is why we include in the contract that you should call him repeatedly if you need anything. Additionally, one of our agents recently went to meet with this owner, to make sure that any extermination problems are handled. According to the owner, the building has an exterminator come once a month and if there are any issues during the stay, they should be directed towards the owner and they will be handled. |
