The host was super kind and committed.

The only shortcoming was that there is no washing machine in the apartment and it is quite noisy at weekends.

I have been hosting my two apartments for over five years and i truly love it!!! I have met the best people from all around the world. I have made new friendships ! Some of my guests even invited me to their home...
Jun 18 2012Usually everybody tells me it is very quiet!!!You can hear the birds in the morning. Since I was not told anything ,I can only guess a neighbour had a party on the ONLY weekend they stayed in the apartment. Party can happen but very rare. In my experience noise stops by midnight. Again I feel helpless not knowing exactly what they are referring to....
Washing machines are a rare thing in most apartments in NYC But this is why there are laundromats in every corners !!! The ones around my apartments are very affordable and offer a wash and fold service .
Little parenthesis: the neighbourhod has more and more great restaurants that have been featured in time out magazine. Please ask me about it.
