It is furnished with a double futon bed 140cm (approx. 4-1/2 ft.) wide, an ADSL Internet connection, a printer, a stereo and two study tables with three chairs. The corridor has large built-in shelves with books. The bathroom has no window and is equipped with a large tub with showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror, and a toilet. The washing machine and an extra mattress are in the cellar. The nearest metro station is Goncourt (line 11). Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
