Neighborhood: This apartment is situated on Rue des Rosiers between Rue Pavée and Rue Malher. A lively and historical area, the Marais has retained its pre-revolution architecture and contains a number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, and diverse and trendy bars and restaurants. It is furnished with a desk and chair, a built-in closet, an antique Chinese-style chest of drawers, and a console. This room may have a single-size bed if requested. The first bathroom has a window overlooking a courtyard. It has two washbasins, a built-in shower with a large showerhead, and a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower with a showerhead, a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer. There are also two separates toilettes with a washbasin in each one. Heat and hot water are both gas and individually metered. The nearest metro station is St. Paul (line 1).
