Located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, with an amazing view over Notre Dame and a balcony, this 95m² spacious and newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from Jussieu, the "Arènes de Lutèce", the Panthéon, Notre Dame and St Nicolas du Chardonnet church. It is next to the "Quartier Latin", Bd St Germain and the Seine River, the Place de la contrescarpe, Rue Mouffetard with its cafes, restaurants and open market and the famous Jardins du Luxembourg are in a short walking distance. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained Hausmanian 7 story elevator building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street (southwestern exposure) and the courtyard (northeastern exposure), it brand new white-painted walls, moldings and double-glazing. The entry door opens on a spacious hallway leading to the living room and the dining room on the left-hand side, to the separate toilet in front and to the separate kitchen and the corridor to the bathroom and the bedrooms on the right-hand side. It is equipped with four electric hotplates, a cooker hood, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster. The bathroom is tiled, it has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bathtub with a handheld showerhead. The apartment also has a parking space available just next street. Heating and water heater are individual and electric. The nearest metro station is Maubert-Mutualité Line 10.
