Quiet two bedroom apartment

The apartment is situated in the 15th area of Paris, between Avenue Emile Zola and Rue du Commerce, very lively street with market and various shops. Less than 10 minutes by metro is the Invalides, or Place de la Concorde with its majestic Obelisk. The Eiffel Tower is about six metro stations far from the apartment. There are also some green parks in the area, and in a 100 meters distance is rue de Vaugirard, where there are all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is located in a well kept pre war building having an elevator, that leads you to the 4th floor , then some steps to go to the apartment, and a security system. The apartment is West/East oriented, has doubled glazing windows with shutters and curtains. It has parquet floor except in the bathroom and the kitchen that are tiled. It is set out as follows: when you enter is a small hallway, on the left hand side is the eat-in kitchen, on the right hand side is the living room, followed by the two bedrooms, the bathroom; the toilet is separate. The 14-m2 living room is decorated with a double size sofabed, a dining table, two chairs, a TV set; it has a window facing the street. The first 10m2 bedroom has a window facing the street, a double bed (130cm wide), a table and a writing desk. The second 12m2 has a window facing the courtyard, is decorated with a 140 wide bed, a wardrobe, a decorative fireplace. The eat-in kitchen has a window, a dining table, a stainless steel sink, a microwave, two electric burners and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. Toilet is separate. The nearest metro stations are La Motte Picquet-Grenelle (Line 10), Commerce (line 8), Sevres-Lecourbe (line 6) and Volontaires (line 12).
