This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de la Roquette between Boulevard Voltaire and Boulevard de Ménilmontant.
The accommodation is in a mostly residential area and has plenty of convenient facilities and services nearby. The building is just a few steps away from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery and the trendy Oberkampf area with its numerous restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 26m2 (approx 279 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 20th century building with elevator and doorman.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens onto a second gate. Then a second gate opens into a hall with staircase and elevator.
The entrance door opens into the open kitchen and the living room.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has a window with northern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a mobile double size bed (bed can be moved up and down manually), a sofa, a dining table and chairs, a desk and a chair, a TV with internationals channels, wireless Internet, a phone and some shelves.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Washer and dryer are also available.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack, a closet and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both central.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Voltaire (line 9) and Père-Lachaise (lines 2 and 3).
