In a 10 minute walking distance is the Opéra Garnier, built between 1862 and 1875, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. It is also the most typical monument of the Napoleon III' era. Moreover, near this apartment, you will find the Grands Boulevards that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer celebrated restaurants, cafes, and fashionable shops and department stores on Boulevard Haussmann, as well as markets and cinemas. Premises: This 30m2 (approx 322 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor, which leads to a courtyard. Then a second gate opens into a hall with staircase and elevator. The entrance door opens into a hall, which links the bathroom and the living room with open kitchen.
