This fully furnished studio apartment is located in the Grands Boulevards area, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. The apartment is on the 6th floor (considered 7th by Americans) of a 7-story building built in the Art Nouveau style of the 1930s. There are two elevators and a concierge.

This furnished rental features blond hardwood floors and modern furnishings. For guests, there is a double size convertible sofa bed in addition to the queen size bed, and a wall-mounted flat screen television with cable access available. There is also the convenience of a combination washer/dryer in the kitchen. Please note that the closet in the apartment is not available during rentals. The kitchen window looks west, offering a view of the famous Eiffel Tower from afar, which sparkles each night. The living room windows look southwest, allowing in natural light and overlooking Paris rooftops from a 6th-floor viewpoint.

Maps of Paris and its attractions, detailed walking tour ideas and a map of nearby recommended restaurants, bakeries supermarkets, and pharmacies can be provided by the owner. Instructions for the electronic appliances are also included.

This furnished rental is located in central Paris, in the Grands Boulevards neighborhood of the 2nd arrondissement. Just over a block away, you will find acclaimed cuisine at Aux Deux Canards. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy both only 300 meters (0.2 miles) away. Enjoy walks down the charming rue Montorgueil, across the street, where Napoleon Bonaparte, Voltaire, and Moliére, among other French historical figures, have lived. This shop-lined street will lead you to Les Halles, where there is plenty of shopping. There is also a movie theater about a block away, and the Bourse de Paris, the city's historical stock exchange, is 700 meters (.4 miles) away.
