Quiet and Comfortable semi attached 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom Villa, countryside of Aix en Provence

Quiet 4 bedroom joint villa in the countryside of Aix en Provence.
The villa is located on the aisle of a large villa. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
The layout is as follows :
You have access to the property via a nice courtyard.
Entering the house via the entrance hall you will find the living room furnished with a large sofa, 4 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a large rectangle dining table and a working fireplace.
Next is the large eat in separated kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
There is a small dining table.
The first bedroom (left from the living room) is furnished with two single beds and a cupboard.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a single bed and a baby cot.
Next is the third bedroom it is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a built in closet.
These rooms share a large bathroom equipped with a double washbasin and a tub.(pictures of this bathroom could not be taken).
The fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower and a washbasin.
There is a separate WC.
A Private parking space is available. The property is surround by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate is shared with some neighbors but the is a lot of privacy.
Neighborhood :
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
