This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.

Your visit to London is most welcome from this furnished two bedroom London apartment. The building’s amenities include laundry facilities, video entry phones, and weekly maid and linen service. This historic building was constructed around 1880 and is well-decorated and designed with modern flourishes throughout. This two-bedroom apartment is one of nine modern serviced apartments within this building, which is located in the borough of Earl’s Court off of Longridge Road near Cromwell Road. Longridge Road is a pleasant residential street and is well-placed with easy access to many of the sights, attractions, and important places within Earl’s Court and in neighboring boroughs. This unit is on the raised ground level of the period building.

Inside this two-bedroom apartment, you will find approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet) of space, comprising two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, and two bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. One of the most interesting features of this apartment is its private garden area, directly off of the master bedroom, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the city around you. Each bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa in the living room converts to a double bed, accommodating larger parties. The living room is also furnished with a dining table, and a TV with DVD player and cable; Internet service and a phone are also available. The open-plan kitchen means working over meals doesn’t mean being apart from the rest of your family or companions in the living area; the kitchen is equipped with many modern appliances including an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The two bathrooms do not have tubs but each is equipped with a shower; one is located immediately off the first bedroom while the other is next to the second bedroom.

Located about 0.1 km (400 feet) from the intersection of W Cromwell Road and Warwick Road, you will find yourself right in the middle of Earl’s Court. Business travelers will find the Earls Court Exhibition Centre is only 0.3 km (0.2 miles) south of the property, while the Olympia Exhibition Centre is 1.3 km (0.8 miles) northwest, easily accessible after a short walk to the bus. If you need to get elsewhere within London, the Earl’s Court subway stop is only half a kilometer (0.3 miles) to the east, serving the Circle Line, District Line and Piccadilly Line; there are also many bus stops within half a kilometer (0.3 miles) of this accommodation. For culture, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria & Albert Museums are all about 1.9 kilometers (1.2 miles) east; there’s also the large expanses of historic Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, about 3.2 km (2 miles) northeast. As this is close to the large Earl’s Court exhibition centres, there are many hotels with restaurants in the area, as well as independent restaurants, pubs, and bars; there is also the Kensington Superstore, a supermarket from which you can stock up your open-plan kitchen, located 0.2 km (0.1 miles) west of this property.

With all that London and Earl’s Court has to offer, and the convenience of this two bedroom rental right in the middle of it all, your business or vacation plans (or both) can easily be accommodated from here.

The appartment is great, well located and excellent conditions. We only have a problem with the water heater in our last day in the appartment. It stopped working.

The accommodation had a lot of charm. Very very clean. Everything was spruced up but there was no dishware at all. There was the bare minimum.

No tablecloth, 5 glasses, 6 items of cutlery, 6 plates, a cloth. A really beautiful table, but nothing to protect it.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious living room and a lovely garden/courtyard. It was a pity we couldn't use it because it was a bit cold, but I think with warm weather it would be very nice to have breakfast outside. It was perfect for 4 people, probably even for 6 if the sofa is a sofa bed.

The area is nice, 5-8 minutes walk to Earl's court underground station where District and Picadilly lines stop. Earl's court road is full of nice small restaurants, bars, pubs and supermarket open till very late in the night. The apartment though is located in a very quite street. I strongly suggest the apartment!

Just a small suggestion to the property manager: you should clarify to guests that the safe where the keys are kept is not the one you find in the entrance, but the one inside the cupboard. We were lucky to find the cleaner women that explained that to us, otherwise we would never had guessed!

I like so much the apartment but the cleanliness never do it in our stayed. The towels were changed because I asked. Garbage was never collected.The cleaning wasn't done. And we are not informed that our flat was located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

But the location was very good, the conditions of the flat was very good too.
