This two-bedroom furnished vacation rental accommodation is located off of Warwick Road and West Cromwell Road in Earl’s Court, close to the neighborhoods of South Kensington, West Kensington, and Chelsea. This area is a slice of London that can offer you ample opportunities for dining, entertainment, and shopping, while being close by several travel options if you choose to explore…and offering the comforts of home when you simply would like a quiet evening or day ‘at home.’ This elevator building offers 24 hour reception to address your needs.

In addition to the two bedrooms (each appointed with a bed), there are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The kitchen is fully outfitted with most accoutrements you might need to prepare your own meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area, giving open space and lending to togetherness during gatherings of family and friends.

When not enjoying the amenities of the building its location within Earl’s Court is close by several locations to start off your explorations of London. Shopping and dining is easily found within a two-to-three-street distance, including international cuisines and simpler fare such as sandwiches and coffee. The Earl’s Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres are each within walking distance (Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre is four streets south while Olympia is four streets north), and there are plenty of shopping opportunities among the mixture of retailers in the area; the famous Harrods department store is to the east, just hop on the bus at West Cromwell Road or enjoy a long stroll on foot, and the neighboring boroughs of Chelsea, South Kensington, and West Kensington each offer a plethora of other opportunities for explorations.

Travel should never be a problem from here, as there are plenty of bus stops and taxis to choose from, as well as car rental establishments. The tube runs through the West Kensington stop to the southwest while the Earl’s Court stop is to the southeast (both a little under 1 km or .6 miles away). Your experience here near central London means nothing is out of reach!

We rented an apartment in this building ca. 5 years ago. Then, the apartment was quite new and we were very pleased. It was still ok, but now a little bit more shabby. But, in sum we were very pleased with our stay in the apartment this time too.

The apartment was sparse, to say the least. The kitchen was very poorly supplied with few cooking amenities. My major complain was the kitchen, I would liked to have had a least a roll of paper towels and some washing-up liquid; maybe even some salt and pepper.

The furniture was a bit worn and not so comfortable. The beds were fine as were the bathrooms. I must say it was quiet until we got new neighbors and then the noise kept me awake until three in the morning. I don't think I would stay here again.

On the plus side, the desk staff was very nice.

We aim to provide guests with both an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Within the apartments themselves we have been working towards bringing our product in line with the needs and requirements of our guests, taking note from previous guest feedback.

With that in mind, it is important to highlight that we are starting to implement standard utensils to the kitchens. In the event that a guest requires something specific including a roll of paper towels or some washing liquid we are happy to assist via our 24 hour reception and encourage you to speak to us immediately so that we are able to rectify the situation.

In regards to the quality and usage of our furniture, we have passed on your comments to the relevant departments and we would like to thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

However I would also like to highlight that our Earls Court property was first opened in 2009 and every 6 months we conduct preventative performance maintenance (PPM) in order to keep the product in line with the fresh product seen within your agent's portfolio.

Unfortunately at the time of your stay we did have a number of apartments including yours that could not be completed within the scheduled time period due to high occupancy levels however should a particular matter be brought to our attention that needs to be addressed immediately we are happy to do this.

Noted from previous guests' comments, it has become apparent that some guests slam their doors and unfortunately cause unnecessary noise to their neighbours. It is important that guests contact a member of the our team to notify us should anything be affecting the overall enjoyment of their stay so that we are able to swiftly and effectively rectify this.

Overall the apartment was fine. There were a few things that need attention, such as the sofa/couch. It had stains, was dirty and I needed to cover it with a sheet to be able to sit on it.

Also, the sensor lights in the bathrooms were extremely inconvenient and would turn off after about 2 mins or so, which made it extremely difficult to get a shower in the dark.

Prior to our guests arrival Housekeeping thoroughly clean and inspect the apartment to make sure it is ready for our guests arrival. We apologize that on this occasion your apartment had not been thoroughly checked, this is unacceptable and we have passed your comments on to our Housekeeping Department and the Duty Manager.

We provide a weekly cleaning service and guests can request daily cleaning at a fee of 15.00 for a Refresh Clean or 30.00 for a Full Clean.

If any of our guests face any technological or mechanical issues we advise them to inform our 24 Hour Reception who will ensure our Maintenance Team resolve them. The lights in our bathrooms on-time can be lengthened or shortened by Maintenance on request.

The apartment on Warwick Road were the best part of my trip to London. The property was pristine, clean and welcoming. The staff, including "Mel" (Melika) and Anna were so very helpful. We felt like we were home, despite the fact that we were very far away.

The condition of the unit (324) was perfect. We used every appliance, had ample light, and it was so quiet.

We feel quite fortunate to have stayed on Warwick Road too. The location (to just about everything) was a mere 3 minutes away.
