The apartment has a cozy atmosphere, thanks to the hardwood floors and a number of paintings hanging on the walls. There is a double size bed in the living room, facing an entertainment center with a TV that is connected to cable, and complimentary Internet is also available in this building. This area makes for a relaxing spot after a long day in NYC. Also found in this space is a small dresser. Two windows overlooking the street provide ample amount of light to the room. The open kitchen is newly renovated and comes equipped with a four-burner stove, microwave and enough cookware to prepare your own meals. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower unit in the studio.
Situated on 48th Street & Skillman Avenue, this studio is in the charming residential neighborhood of Sunnyside in Queens. The closest stores and restaurants can be reached around the corner on Skillman Avenue. Other notable spots can be found 2 blocks south to 46th Street and Queens Boulevard for a more diversified selection. For instance, you may want to try out Ariyoshi (7 blocks) to sample some Japanese specialties. Or perhaps pay a visit to Blue Chips (6 blocks) for an authentic Mexican meal. To partake in some outdoor activities, take a trip to one of the many parks in this borough of New York. A great spot for studying or for picking up that new New York Times Best-seller, pay a visit to the Queens Library at Woodside (7 blocks). Additionally, the area is full of schools, and you are only a few stops away from Long Island City and its extensive amount of art galleries and institutions.
This apartment is 3 blocks from the number 7 train at the 46 Street / Queens Boulevard Station, which will take you in a short ride to Midtown Manhattan. Another access to line 7 is at the 52 Street / Roosevelt Avenue Station.

Thanks for everything you do! This apartment location was exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate its availability and the furnishings that were generously provided. I received good service and fast responses to issues when they occurred; my only issue that wasn't resolved had to do with the cigarette and marijuana smoking that took place right outside of the entrance, right by my apartment's location within the building. |

The apartment is excellent for the value. Good location, close to the train 7. The neighborhood is overall quiet. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the public areas of the building. |
