This L shaped alcove studio apartment is located in a very nice building with a 24-hour doorman, right by Central Park in a very beautiful residential neighborhood.
The apartment is very spacious and has plenty closet spaces. It has a large window facing south with a view of Central Park. The kitchen is separate and is located on the left, as you enter the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, microwave, toster and refrigerator.
In the apartment there is a sofa and a 42 inches flat screen plasma television with cable channels, a DVD player and a VCR.
There is also a computer available with DSL internet access included.
The bathroom is fully equipped with with bathtub/shower and towels are provided.
The laundry room is located in the basement of the building and there are many washing machines and dryers available. There is also a gym, which is only available for rentals over thirty days.
