This two bedroom apartment is located in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. It is on the 2nd floor (considered 1st by Europeans) of a walk-up townhouse and has a buzzer-intercom security system. The brick full detached townhouse was built in 2006.
The furnished apartment is lined with hardwood floors and is exposed to the northwest and southeast. The open and air-conditioned living area has a sofa, coffee table, chairs, and a flat-screen TV with cable programming. This room opens onto a balcony, which overlooks the residential, tree-lined street in front of the house. Next to the living room is the open eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with white appliances and all of the main utensils. It has ample counter and cabinet space, in addition to the breakfast bar with its two stools, where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals. The first bedroom measures 200-sqf (18 m²) and is furnished with a double bed, dresser, and chair. The adjacent bathroom has white tiles and includes a WC, tub-shower, vanity sink with a cupboard underneath, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and towels. The second bedroom, measuring 350 sqf (32 m²), is at the end of the hallway and features another balcony with a nice view of the neighboring buildings. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand, dresser, and a desk with a chair. Both bedrooms include a storage closet and sheets and blankets are provided upon arrival. Extra perks include air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living room, wifi internet access, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally, you can enjoy taking in the fresh air in the lovely garden that is shared with other tenants, equipped with a gas grill and a charcoal grill if you feel like having a BBQ!
Situated on 88th Street and 4th Avenue, this two bedroom Bay Ridge apartment is within close proximity of several parks. Owl’s Head Park, about 2 miles(3 km) away, is great for taking take longs walks along the waterfront, while you take in the amazing views of the NYC skyline and the Verrazano Bridge. It is a popular picnic spot during the summertime and as it has several rolling hills, you can go sledding during the winter months. With its bike paths, playground, dog run, pool, skating area, and basketball courts, you can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities all throughout your stay! In terms of dining options, nearby eateries include Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, just down the street, and Casa Calamari, Elia, and Karam, all within a 3-block radius. For dessert, head to the Little Cupcake Bakeshop or Paneantico, both on 3rd Avenue. You can also visit the shopping area on 4th Avenue, which is lined with independent and chain stores, pharmacies, bank branches, and grocery shops.
If you would like to visit other areas of Brooklyn, or any of the other boroughs, there are several buses routes in the vicinity. The closest subway station is 86 Street / 4 Avenue (2 blocks), where you can take the R train.

This apartment has everything you need for living, also when you are with child. It has washing machine and to dry clothes. |
