Apartment Rental: 12 months

I had a terrific one year lease at Stanhope Street and Central Avenue. The apartment is quite spacious for a studio and was very clean and well furnished when I arrived. The landlord is very nice and was able to attend to any problems/questions I had promptly. The location of the apartment was my favorite aspect, as it is close to the M, J and L lines for easy access to Manhattan. I would definitely recommend this apartment to someone who works or spends a lot of time in Manhattan but is not able to afford Manhattan rent prices.
