It is a comfortable apartment in a great location and beautiful view of the Hudson river. Building has a nice gym and rooftop. There are many elevators so they arrive quickly. Doormen are very friendly and helpful. We did do a thorough cleaning of the apartment after we arrived. The cleaning service passes over the areas that are obvious. Nobody had cleaned for a long time around the doors and around appliances. The apartment is now much cleaner than when we took it over. It is a nice short term rental for someone that is looking to spend a few weeks in Manhattan. |
