Enjoy life in New York City when you stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens. Located between 43rd Street and 35th Avenue, this unit is on the first floor (equivalent to ground floor in Europe) of a three-story building with its own security system.

I was privileged because the apartment had just been refurbished when I moved in. The bed and sofa bed are new. The kitchen appliances are new. There is parquet flooring. The owner and the person in charge of the maintenance of the apartment are reactive. In the bathroom, the bathtub is not for taking real baths but for taking showers with a rigid shower head. The apartment (bedroom) overlooks a quiet parking lot. None of the rooms face the street. The kitchen has a window but the luminosity is a bit weak because it gives on a small courtyard. There is just one floor above. The area is quiet, full of restaurants and facilities. I had a pleasant stay and I recommend this appartment. |
