The apartment is in a terrific Sunnyside Queens location, a block from trendy Skilman Avenue, and a block the other way to the Manhattan-bound 7 subway. It has undergone a recent remodel -- the kitchen and bath are new, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartment was spotless in and out, top to bottom. The building's hallways and stairwells however don't live up to the standards of the apartment. |
