The spacious living room boasts all the furnishings of a shared living room such as a sofa, dining table, TV with cable, and an A/C to cool off during the warmer months. The room for rent (Bedroom 1 on floor plan), which is exclusive to you, houses a double size bed, A/C, a small desk, and a piano if you’re musically inclined.
