This colorful 2 bedroom apartment share is on East 93rd Street between Park and Lexington Avenues. It is located on the 3rd floor (2nd for Europeans) of a pre-wa elevator building. The building has a buzzer/intercom system and laundry facilities in the basement.
When you enter the apartment you are in a foyer leading to the kitchen and the living room. The living room is fully furnished a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and some bookshelves. A part of the living room is used as a dining area with a dining table and its four matching chairs. The bedroom for rent has wooden floors and white walls. It is furnished with a queen bed, a desk, an armoire and a flat screen TV. It also has a large closet and two windows facing south that aloow in plenty of light. The shared bathroom has white tiled floor and vibrant green walls. It has a toilet and a bathtub with shower. The kitchen is separate and well equipped with a lot of cooking tools.
This apartment is wonderfully located just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, one of the great museums that line Fifth Avenue’s "Museum Mile". Central Park with its famous Fred Lebow running track is just a few blocks away. Madison Avenue is home to numerous galleries, boutiques, specialty stores and excellent eateries.
The subway trains number 4,5,6 are available at 96 Street and Lexington Avenue and also at 86 Street and Lexington Avenue.
Please note that there is a small dog in this apartment, cared for by the roommate.

Apartment Share Rental: 4 months
The apartment is lovely, cozy and furnished in a very elegant way! It is located in one of the most beautiful area of NYC. I had a wonderful time in the flat. I hope I will be coming back... would highly recommend it to anyone!
