Apartment Share Rental: 3 months

the apartment is located in East Harlem, with a doorman 24/7, in a 6th floor with elevator. It is a very cozy place, where I had my own room (it was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, but this was no issue at all), and a bathroom for my own (separated from the room). There's a fully equipped kitchen and I always had all the space I needed in the refrigerator. All windows are facing the back of the building, where there's a small garden, so considering this is Manhattan on 110th Street, this apartment is extremely quiet and resting at night is very pleasant.

My apartment experience is 4/5 and not 5 because after 10 days of my arrival, the landlord left the apartment for the remaining period I was there, leaving a cat with me, that I had to take care of for two whole months. I am not a cat person, never had one, and didn't go to Manhattan for staying at home looking after a pet, rather I went for work. Despite this, I could enjoy an entire apartment where I had booked just a room, so it was a blessing in disguise I guess.

Alex thank you so much for the rating.
You were an amazing tenant and regret leaving you alone in the apartment after ten days.
I found the apartment intact clean and well kept. I would offer you a (5) rating overall!!

As you recall my trip was prompted by my mothers serious illness hospitalized with kidney failure. It was very kind of you that you offered to watch "Dooley". Regrettably my daughter failed to pick him up on time. I was upset with her but was out of the country. Alex I'm truly sorry that you Dooley became your responsibility longer than expected.

Alex thank you again for the rating besides you enjoyed the whole apartment alone. I acknowledge the description of your experience during your stay. As stated, you enjoyed great ambiance, cleanliness in the building including space and the outside serenity of peace and quiet within NYC Manhattan.
