Spanning approximately 1400sqft (130sqm), the duplex townhouse features two living rooms, three bathrooms, a dining room, and a furnished basement.  The ground floor includes two living rooms, the kitchen, and access to the garden. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms. There is a third bedroom on the 2nd floor that is not available.
