The apartment is ideally located in a very quiet area, close to two subway stations that take you directly to New York downtown.
Very friendly owner who even speaks a little French. Good and comfortable accommodation for four people.
In line with the description; not disappointed with our stay.

This apartment is very nice for a vacation in New York. The neighborhood is residential, green, very safe, close to a nice park, and is well served by the subway to go anywhere in New York. Design apartment with A/C and very well equipped (there were even some food in the fridge and cupboards). The space is well used, many storage spaces have been created. In a room next door, we had free access to a washing machine and a dryer, as well as to a small garden (shared with the owners). As it is on the ground floor of a Brownstone, you have to put the lights on in the living room at all hours, but in the room there are windows letting the daylight in.

The owners, who live above, are charming and do everything they can to make sure you have a nice stay. In case of French visitors having poor English : the landlady speaks French. Only drawback: planes fly over this area, but we do not hear them at all once the windows are closed, so it's not a problem when you go to sleep. In short, I would definitely recommend this location.
