This apartment is located near the Place des Vosges at the intersection of Rue de Sevigné and Rue d'Ormesson, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.The two bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) of a 6-story building and disposes of Western street exposure and Eastern courtyard exposure. The building was built in the 19th century, but has since been renovated as it now has an elevator. There are also two security code systems within the building. 

The bedroom of this apartment has two single beds that are pushed together to assemble a king sized bed. The room has basic amenities, including a night table, a reading lamp and a telephone. It also has built in shelves and closets, which allows future tenants to feel at home. This room also has a television equipped with cable. There is a second bedroom that is conveniently furnished with a single trundle bed. You will also find a built in closet here. The living room is a large space that leads onto the dining room as well. The area is furnished with upholstered sofa and two leather armchairs, giving a cozy feel. Walking into the dining room, you’ll find a round dining table with four chairs and another two chairs accessible for larger dinner parties. The windows in this room overlook the courtyard.
