Located between the Parc Monceau and the Batignolles area in Paris, this furnished apartment is just a few steps away from the park's lovely gates. The famous Montmartre Hill and the lively Place Clichy are also near this accommodation.
Premises:
This studio apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor leading to the courtyard, where the building is located.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall that leads to the main room straight ahead and to the bathroom on the left. It has a built-in closet with a wardrobe and shelves hidden by a curtain.
The main room has parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains and exterior shutters that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, bookcases, shelves, a dining table and a chest of drawers.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a combo microwave/grill oven and a refrigerator.
The tiled bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilette. Please note that the toilet is electric and due to the European plumbing system in the building, the water closet cannot handle any items other than human waste and toilet paper. All other objects no matter how small (i.e., Q-tips, paper, hair, etc.) will clog up the drainage system. This could result in damage to the WC.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is La Fourche (line 13).
