You will find it in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, near Boulevard du Montparnasse and rue de Rennes. The main entrance gate, which has a coded security system, opens onto the staircase and the elevator.

On the lower level, you will find the living room, parquet floor and very large windows overlooking the courtyard. Both windows illuminate the apartment. Jardin du Luxembourg (1km/0.6mi), one of Paris' most beautiful parks is an excellent place to walk, run or relax.  Not far from this accommodation is the Hotel des Invalides (1.4km/0.8mi), a complex of monuments that holds Napoleon Bonaparte’s tomb and offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.
