Found on the narrow streets of the Left Bank of the River Seine, this one bedroom apartment is right at the heart of Paris’s oldest neighborhood, Saint Michel! The fully furnished rental is located on the second of four floors (the 3rd of 5 to Americans) in a walk-up building at Rue de la Harpe and Rue Saint-Sévérin in the 5th arrondissement.
The living room is bright and airy, with two street-facing French windows to let in light. A fireplace by the windows adds some old-fashioned Paris charm to the space. The modern furnishings include a sofa, dining table, breakfast bar and coffee table. The open kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, and stainless steel sink, allowing you to cook at home. There is even a washing machine for your convenience! Sleeping accommodations can be found both in the separate bedroom, where a double bed offers privacy, and up above the living room in a mezzanine loft furnished with a double bed.
Within the larger Latin Quarter, Saint-Michel is one of Paris’s best-preserved neighborhoods, with winding streets and lots of medieval charm!
For travel around the rest of Paris, head to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (metro line 4, RER trains B and C; 150m/479ft) or Cluny-La Sorbonne (metro line 10, 220m/.1mi).
