This bright 3 bedroom/2.5-Bathroom apartment is located in Sainte Maxime, a small town on the French Riviera in the South of France. The apartment has recently been renovated (2011) and you will appreciate its very contemporary furniture as well as its high ceilings (3.20 meters or about 10.5 feet). It's found on the 3rd floor of a 5-story prewar building with a digicode system at the entrance.
The living room of this three bedroom apartment has bold blue walls that contrast with the immaculate white sofas and other furniture. For a touch of class, a chandelier hangs above the dining table where you can share a meal or a glass of French wine with some friends. Plenty of closets and a modern fireplace are available. This room is very luminous thanks to the several windows that have southern exposure and that above all give an amazing 180 degrees view on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities needed to prepare your meals at home. It also has a window which offers a view of trees and allow plenty of light in.
The sleeping arrangements can be flexible according to your needs. Bedroom #1 comes with two single sized beds, Bedroom #2 has a double sized bed, and Bedroom #3 is separated from the living room by sliding doors. It's furnished with a trundle bed and it has a nice fireplace.
This apartment has 2.5 bathrooms, which makes it more convenient for larger groups.
This furnished apartment is found on Avenue Berthie Albrecht, only 1 block north from the beach of Sainte Maxime that you can walk to and sunbathe. The center of Sainte-Maxime is also nearby and you will find plenty of attractions there : restaurants, boutiques and even crêperies. Sainte-Maxime also has a huge golf course, which can be reached in as little as 10 minutes away by car. Head to Port Grimaud which is a famous marina located approximately 15 minutes west from the apartment by car (depending on traffic).
