This one bedroom French Riviera apartment is located in the heart of Vieux Nice, near the famous flower market on Cours Saleya and the Promenade des Anglais. The accommodation is fully furnished and found on the 5th floor (6th American floor) of a walk-up pre-war building with an intercom and balcony.
Unique design pieces populate the apartment, with exposed wooden beams meeting bright blue furnishings to create a charming eclectic décor. The living room is furnished with a sofa and dining table and faces Nice’s famed red-brick rooftops and a cathedral.
You can cook at home in the eat-in kitchen, which features a second dining table and a convenient washing machine. Two mezzanines provide cozy sleeping space with double beds, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Both have niche windows overlooking Nice.
The Nice’s Vieille Ville contains a treasure-trove of Baroque art from the 17th and 18th centuries. The area is also one of the centers of the South of France’s tourism industry, so there’s no shortage of restaurants, shops and nightlife to enjoy.
It’s easy getting to or leaving Nice, whether by high speed TGV train from Nice Station (2.5km/1.5mi), by air from Nice International Airport (7.7km/4.8m) or by highway, which gets you to Monaco and Italy in just 30 minutes!
