This bright vacation rental is found just south of the Eze Village, in the Cote d'Azur region of Southwest France. The property is off of the lovely coastal road leading to Eze sur Mer, one of the most beautiful locations on the French Riviera, between the hubs of Nice and Monte Carlo. The studio is nestled in the hills above the sea, with a terrace facing south with a stunning panoramic view of the Mediterranean and its surrounding coastal cliffs. Here, you are within walking distance to the beach.
An elevator will take you to the 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) of the 3-story building where the studio is found. You enter the apartment into the dining area, with a table for enjoying homemade meals, which then opens into the comfortable living area. There is plenty of seating with two convertible double-size sofa beds surrounding the coffee table, and for winding down after a long day in the sun, you can flip on the television, which has a DVD player, or link into the Internet. Stop through one of the two sets of glass French doors to find your own private terrace, with a gorgeous teak deck. There is patio furniture to allow you to eat or bronze yourself while taking in the fantastic views of the sea and hills and cliffs before it. An awning also extends from the studio to provide shade if you've enjoyed the weather a bit too much.
At the end of the day, you can cook in the separate kitchen which peeks into the living room, allowing for easy communication. Here you have nearly everything needed for all types of meals, from the simple to the elaborate - there is a microwave oven, an electric oven, two electric burners and a coffee maker, and of course a refrigerator/freezer. For cleaning up, you even have a dishwasher, something of a rarity in France! Above the kitchen is the mezzanine sleeping area. This more private space is accesible via a ladder in the living room, and has a double size mattress inside. Please note that the ceiling is quite low in this nook.
Other amenities of the apartment include a portable air conditioning device and a built-in closet with an iron and ironing board. There is a built in closet for storing things, with iron and ironing board).
The bathroom has a shower with shower device, a washbasin with mirror and a washer with separate dryer.
