I have spent [a] marvellous and magic eight days in New York.The studio was clean, it's beautiful and very comfortable, and it's located at a ideal place with marvellous views.I received fantastic treatment on the part of New York Habitat and the owner of studio. I'm grateful for the treatment [by your agent and his assistant] they were very kind and gave a lot of time to answer all my questions and to find the best accommodation. I have to say the same about the owner of the studio, she was very kind and thoughtful with me. I [won't] hesitate to contact New York Habitat to rent other accommodation in any of cities [in] which New York Habitat works. |

[...] We had an awesome time in New York. Arriving very late, we were glad to be awaited by the owner. It made us feel welcome. The next day we realised how nicely located the apartment was [in Battery Park]. We had everything we needed and the concierge downstairs was always very friendly.
There's nothing we'd like to criticize. Everything was even better than we had imagined ourselves. We would love to come to New York City again soon and we won't forget your vacation rentals!

The entire process of searching, booking and arranging the details were very easy. The agent at New York Habitat was very prompt, informative and friendly.
The vacation rental was in an amazing location [in Battery Park, New York] and very reasonably priced. It was clean and extremely convenient. The owner was helpful and very easy to deal with.
I will most definitely be using the same service again if (and when) I head back to NYC! I would not hesitate to recommend the agency to friends and colleagues. After 6 weeks of travelling it was a great break from hotels.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely awesome stay at [our New York vacation rental] for the entirety of our two week stay. We were more than impressed by the apartment and services that came with it (especially the gym) and can't believe we were so lucky.
The position, quality and vacation rental itself were all outstanding.
We also really appreciated the kindness and advice from our landlady[...] who went out of her way to help us settle in.
We will certainly be keeping our fingers crossed that we may be able to stay there when we are next in New York [...] |

Everything like the dishwasher, microwave ect. was usable and in good shape. The whole building was really luxary. The owner of the vacation rental was very nice and friendly.
