This studio is located in a luxury doorman building in downtown Manhattan.
The apartment is a studio with a large living area, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Apartment is wireless ready. Tenants can get internet if they have their own laptop.
The living room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a coffee table with chair . The room has two large windows, which view the high-rise buildings in the financial district, and if you look to the south can see a bit of the harbor.
The kitchen is nicely equipped and includes marble counters, a dishwasher and built-in microwave. There is also a coffeemaker, toaster and all of the necessary dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The bathroom is lined with marble and includes a well light vanity, a w/c a tub/shower.
The apartment is located in a luxury building with a 24-hour doorman, high-speed elevators and a shared roof terrace. The roof terrace has great view of the Harbor, Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and Statue of Liberty. Lounge chairs are provided to enjoy the sun in the warm weather months.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
The closest train is the 4,5 at Bowling Green and the 1, N, R trains at Rector Street.
