I would strongly recommend [this neighbourhood] to get a feel for New York, it was great to be in a [lively] neighbourhood. |

We very much enjoyed our January stay in the apartment. The vacation rental was nice and cozy and nicely heated. The owner was helpful. The location was great, we could walk to a lot of different neighbourhoods, and the transportation (metro and bus) was also very practical. The East Village was a great place to stay with a lot of different restaurants and shops. I would strongly recommend [this neighbourhood] to get a feel for New York, it was great to be in a [lively] neighbourhood. |

The [East Village] vacation rental was nice, charming and clean; a perfect stay for two persons. We especially liked the neighborhood with Soho and the Lower East Side in a walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay in NY especially due to the reason that we slept in an apartment provided by NY Habitat. [...]
Our host was very smart, he waited in the evening for us to open the vacation rental, and provided us a lot of Information about the [subway], the neighborhood and all this daily stuff. The apartment was quite small, but clean and fine, with good cable TV. We enjoyed every morning your American Morning TV.
The apartment was placed in the East Village in Manhattan. It was easy to go from there to everywhere in NY.
We really enjoyed the stay in NY, not only due to the amazing city, one key to success was the pleasant stay in NY Habitat apartment. We felt like real New Yorkers, not like tourists, this was the biggest advantage!
I would and I will go every time again to a NY Habitat apartment when I visit NY again. I recommended this as well to a lot of friends. |

Nothing but good things to say about our experience in the [East Village-New York] apartment.
This is the second time I have used New York Habitat to rent a vacation rental and it has really enhanced our experience both times.
The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for our stay (including a hair dryer which my girlfriend was extremely excited about).
The information provided about nearby restaurants and shops was very useful, as was the NY map (including Subway/Bus routes) which we used throughout our
stay.
We really enjoyed the vibrancy of the area and the proximity to both uptown and downtown Manhattan.We felt very safe both on the streets and in the apartment at night [...].
I would definitely stay here again and use your service again, and have already recommended it to friends who wish to visit NY in the future. |

Everything was perfect! The super-friendly host helped us a lot and was always reachable. Very clean and tidy [New York] apartment that looked even better in real life than on the photos. The owner had even worked out small tour suggestions and gourmet walks through the neighborhood which I found to be a very sweet idea...and the suggestions proved to be worthwhile! So to make a long story short: Couldn't have been better! |

It was in impeccable condition, and we couldn't have asked for a more convenient and vibrant location. [The accommodation owner] was a perfect host. He was very welcoming, and provided us with lots of information and was always willing to help if we came across any problems.
