Everything went very well except for the staff at reception, not really nice and a bit disorganized.

Good overall ; the sofa bed in the sitting room would need to be changed as it is very uncomfortable and not fit to be used as a bed. That's the big nag in this apartment, otherwise overall satisfactory. Will stay there again for a future trip if I have the opportunity.

The vacation rental or the apartment was in perfect order, a bit too expensive but that's because of the pre-Christmas period. However the accommodation is rather small for 5 people. It would have better with a second bathroom or a second bedroom.

Oct 31 2011This was an outstanding expereince and value. We traveled for one week as parents with sons ages 13,14 and 20. The location was convenient to buses and subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we return to New York we will stay here again.
