Beautiful One Bedroom Loft in Chelsea
This fully furnished 1 bedroom loft is located in Chelsea. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a prewar walk-up building. A second bed is separated off in the living room area, allowing this loft to accomodate up to four people. A buzzer/intercom system provides security. There are laundry facilities within the apartment for your convenience.

This furnished apartment has hardwood floors throughout and high ceilings. The living room has a sofa, a television equipped with surround sound and a DVD player, and premium cable including HBO and Showtime. There is also a curtained-off office area with a queen-sized bed and a desk. The bedroom is located in the back and also has a queen-sized bed and a television with cable and a VCR/DVD. The kitchen opens into the living area and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and speciality items are also included, such as an ice cream maker, a blender and a waffle maker. This loft makes it easy to entertain with a very large dining room table that can seat ten. Air conditioning and high speed wireless are available.

Windows line the south face of this apartment, providing a view of the neighborhood and illuminating the living room and kitchen.

18th Street is in Chelsea, an extremely lively art gallery neighborhood in the west of Manhattan, which has spawned numerous excellent restaurants. There are movie theaters, great shopping and all conveniences along Eighth Avenue and further west. To the east, both Fifth and Sixth Avenues between Fourteenth and Twenty-third Street are lively shopping areas with a huge variety clothing and specialty of stores. A ten minute walk south puts you in the heart of Greenwich Village, while the same time to the north gets you to 34th Street and Madison Square Garden or Macy's. The Famous Chelsea Piers Sports Complex is a fifteen minute walk west on the Hudson River with health and fitness facilities (pool, gym, classes, rock climbing, etc.) roller blading, two ice skating rinks, bowling alley, driving range and a wide variety of children's programs. The 4/5/6/L/N/Q/R/W are all less than 6 blocks away at the 14th St/Union Square station, and the 1 train at 18th street make travel to other parts of Manhattan simple.
